Format:
The competition is played over 3 consecutive days:

1st Day
• 36 hole stroke-play qualifying competition
• Scratch & handicap prizes awarded
• Silver medal awarded to the best net score for a.m. round
• Top 15 scratch scores + reigning County Champion progress to Championship knock-out stages for which an automatic draw is made
• Next best 16 scratch scores progress to Davies Trophy knock-out stages for which an automatic draw is made
• Sandwich lunch and afternoon tea included in entry fee

2nd Day
• Morning – Championship & Davies Trophy Round of 16 matches
• Afternoon – Championship & Davies Trophy Quarter-Final matches

3rd Day
• Morning – Championship & Davies Trophy Semi-Final matches
• Afternoon – Championship & Davies Trophy Final matches
