The Seniors Cup competition week was held at Chipping Norton GC in very windy conditions and the scores reflected this.  

The top three points scorers for the day all recorded 36 with Ann Coyle from North Oxford, playing off 20,  lifting the trophy after just edging out Ann Troughton (19) of Oxford Ladies on count back, who, in turn,  pipped Ann Wilkinson, a 28 handicapper from Carswell into second place. 

But Ann Wilkinson, who had to settle for third, had the satisfaction of winning the Crawley Cup which is awarded to the Bronze Player with the best score of the day.

The fourth best score of the day was from 8 handicapper Judy McCairns, also from Oxford Ladies, with 34 points on count back from Kate Stagg of Burford.

The Best front nine was won by Polly Moore, handicap 30 from The Springs,  who shot 19 points, with Kate Stagg, after missing out on the main prizes, taking the Best back nine prize with 16 points.
