High scores were the order of the day for OLCGA’s Silver Spring meeting played in warm sunny weather at North Oxford Golf Club on Tuesday, 25 May.

Loretta Tonna, an 18 handicapper from Studley Wood, topped the ratings with a very impressive 41 points. 

Maggie Findlay from Oxford Ladies recorded 40 points off her 10 handicap to take second place and Margaret Chaundy (15) from Frilford Heath came third with  39 points.

Result:

First: Loretta Tona (18 handicap) from Studley Wood with a score of 41 points.

Second: Maggie Findlay (10 handicap) from Oxford Ladies with 40 points.

Third: Margaret Chaundy (15 handicap) from Frilford Heath with a score of 39 points
