BRONZE CHAMPIONSHIP at BURFORD GC

Hiver Pruden from Henley won the Bronze Championship title at Burford Golf Club.

A comparative newcomer to golf having only taken up the game three years ago, Hiver played defending champion Priscilla Dudding (Oxford Ladies) in the final and won 2/1.

In the previous rounds she beat Mandy Reid from Bicester on the 19th hole, and Ruth Stockford, Oxford Ladies, 3/2 in the knock out rounds. 

Priscilla’s first match against Elizabeth Downes (Frilford) was conceded and in the semis Priscilla beat Julie Hodges (Kirtlington) 2/1 to meet Hiver in the final.
