Photographs

From time to time, photographs are taken at events and used in OLCGA publications, on our website, social media platforms, both online and in printed format. Such images are retained for historical purposes and for future promotional purposes by OLCGA. If a member would prefer for their image not to be taken or used that member should inform the Secretary. Specific photography forms for Juniors will be used as part of the profile form and updated on a biannual basis.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose information about you:
