• Open to all Full Members of their County Associations 
• Pairings should be from Clubs within the Midlands South Region but not necessarily from the same Club (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire/Herefordshire) 
• Maximum individual handicap index 29.5 on date of entry 
• Trophy and prize vouchers awarded for best 18 holes gross and net (including runners-up) – no pair may win more than one prize.
