Megan is a double Champion!!!

We were delighted to host our Junior Girls’ Championship at Badgemore Park Golf Club with a small group of just 9 girls this year. It was rather a cold day to begin with  but fortunately  the sun did eventually shine. The course was challenging with quick greens testing the putting; nevertheless some wonderful golf shots were played by all girls! As always the girls played in a very sporting manner and remained cheery throughout.

Our 2023 Girls' Champion is Megan Bishop from The Wychwood, scoring a gross 82 - quite a year for Megan who is also the County Champion - congratulations Megan!  Congratulations also to our  Nett Champion, Phoebe Simons from Tadmarton Heath who scored a nett 72.  In the Stableford Competition Kirsty Soffe from Burford was our winner scoring a wonderful 38 points, securing a cut in handicap! Congratulations to everyone who played.
