Yesterday we held our annual Spring Meeting - our first competition of the year - at the Springs Golf Club.

We had a disappointingly small field of entries but as always the girls that played made up for this in their sporting and supportive attitude and in the wonderful golf shots they played.

The weather was mainly kind, with only short showers of drizzle, but these did not subdue the girls.

Our Spring Champion, with a stunning score of 45 points was Charlotte Gosling-Evans, playing in her first 18 hole competition for Oxfordshire - congratulations Charlotte!

In second place with an excellent 37 points was Kirsty Soffe and close behind with 34 points was Phoebe Simons.

Only Sadie played in the 9 hole competition but she played some wonderful shots and finished with 19 points!
