Frilford Heath take the honours in the President's Trophy Final 2025

OLCGA PRESIDENT’S TROPHY – WEDNESDAY 15TH AUGUST 2025

Hadden Hill were this year’s hosts for the 2025 President’s Trophy finals day on Friday 15th August.

The clubs contesting the semi-finals were Frilford Heath, Feldon Valley, Tadmarton Heath and Henley. With an early start for the morning session the teams set off with confidence. As the day progressed the sun warmed up and players had to keep their cool and stay focused. Henley and Frilford were eventually victorious after some tight matches.

The final proved just as challenging and provided the spectators with some exciting golf to watch. The matches swung back and forth and it took some dogged determination to produce the final winners, Frilford Heath GC.

Congratulations to all of the clubs who played throughout this competition and who make it such a prestigious trophy to win.

We must give our thanks to all of the staff at Hadden Hill who made our day a pleasure to be a part of - Sarah and the Pro shop staff, the Greenkeepers and the catering staff. A particular mention for Alison and her team of ladies from Hadden Hill, who greeted all the teams as they arrived and served as ball spotters on several of the tricky holes.
