The weather for the day looked unpredictable but after setting off in the rain, the sun soon appeared and teams managed to stay dry for the duration. 

The semi-final matches provided some close competition and the eventual victors of the morning session, both winning by margins of 2 – 1, were Huntercombe and Oxford Ladies. 

The Final was equally well fought and as the wind decided to play a part in the competition, it took some impressive golf shots to master the course and determine the eventual winners, Oxford Ladies. 

Drayton Park GC provided us with an excellent venue to host this competition and we must express our thanks to the green keeping staff for presenting the course in such good condition. Our sincere thanks to Ian and the Pro shop staff who afforded us a warm welcome and great hospitality.
