Oxfordshire hosted The Midlands' South Championships which involved the 6 counties of the Midlands' South region and was held at Tadmarton Heath Golf Club.

Two competitions were held : 36 hole medal and 18 hole stableford.

Oxfordshire had 4 girls entered into the 36 hole medal competition who played the first round early in the morning and the second round after lunch.

This was the first time some of the girls had played 36 holes and they were definitely all very tired by the end of the afternoon!!

Sophia Sollis won first place in the Nett competition on countback from Elizabeth Ball - both scoring a nett 142 points.

Oxfordshire also won the Team Trophy - with the scores of Sophia, Elizabeth and Scarlett Reeves counting.

Oxfordshire had 5 girls entered into the 18 hole stableford competition following the medal girls on the course.

Louise Hodgkinson won the Stableford trophy with a magnificent score of 44 points.

Ava Fegan-Smith sadly missed out on second place on countback.

Oxfordshire also won the Stableford Team Trophy - the scores of Louise, Ava and Grace Beardsley giving us a wonderful 111 points!

This is the first time Oxfordshire have won both these team trophies together!
