The Spring 3-Ball Alliance at Drayton Park on May 11th was very well attended with 15 teams of 3 ladies representing 11 Oxfordshire Clubs. Although we couldn’t control the weather which was unseasonally chilly for May, the teams very much enjoyed the challenging hazards of the course at Drayton Park and meeting fellow golfers over food in the bar afterwards. The county would like to extend sincere thanks to the team at the Charlbury Community Workshop for their work repairing the County Shield Trophy.This trophy is the oldest trophy in the county, having been contested since 1930.
