Congratulations to Elizabeth Ball who won our first competition of the year, the Spring Meeting at North Oxford Golf Club, with a score of 38 points. It was a clear but cold day at Frilford Heath where Oxfordshire took on Hampshire in the first friendly match of the season. Lydia Avann (Tadmarton Heath) & Sarah Hillas (Henley) kick started the match in the foursomes however struggled to better their opponents. Oxfordshire Junior Girls had a very successful day at Burford Golf Club competing for the three Nicola Sparks' Memorial Trophies. This event is held annually and is a highlight of the year. Amelia Seal from Shrivenham Park won the 18 hole stableford with 38 points. Bamberger 2021Congratulations to Linda Dowzall (Hadden Hill) and Caroline Pearce (Frilford Heath) for reaching the final which was played at North Oxford GC on October 20th.
